I have something special to show you today, i hope you love it as much as I do, its a little christmas sleigh. Its so cute and perfect for a small christmas gift like jewellery, choccies, lots of little sweet things, wrapped in cellophane with a gorgeous tag, what a perfect christmas gift. There are a couple of other little things on here that I found fun to do:
The gold centres of the poinsettias have been made
by:
A. add versamark to brushed gold cardstock
B. tip heat n stick powder over the top and heat until just bubbly
C. Tip champagne glass glitter over the top and then heat set again
D. Now punch out the circles using your 1/2" circle punch.
E. I spritzed the poinsettias with water, heat set, then spritzed again with shimmer paint made into a spritz.
How I made the paper pine cones:
B. score in half, then using the back of your piercer (or something smaller) make a cup of each circle.
C. Using a bit of craft wire or the like, pop some glue onto your first circle and wrap it around the top of the wire, then do the same with the rest of the circles in a spiral pattern (to make the tips of the cones odd layered).Layer down the wire until you are happy with the size of your cone. I made about 5 layers down to create mine.
I used a die for the inside of a pop up card called sleigh 3D by sizzix, then created a little box for the centre of the two die cuts, measures 10 cm x 7cm scored at 1.5cm all around (really easy). There are aheap of sleigh templates floating around on the internet though, I could have easily used one of them.
Ink Pads: Versamark
Cardstock: Riding hood red, Chocolate Chip, Brushed Gold
Punches:5 petal flower, 1/2" circle punch, build a bird punch
Tools:Big shot machine, sizzix sleigh 3D (for inside of a card) die, heat gun, powder pal tray, crimper
Other:twine, heat n stick, champagne glass glitter, mix of frost white shimmer paint and isocol to create a spritz.

Oh my goodness this is amazing!!! Such great talent anyone would be thrilled to receive this as part of their gift.
