Pink, Pink, Pink

Ok so its challenge time again at mojo Monday, and I just wanted to make something that wasnt CHRISTMAS - So this is what I came up with, and overall I am pretty happy with the end result - I have left this card without a sentiment, and that way can just pop one on for whatever need arises.    Here is this weeks sketch:

White cardstock for the base, then pretty in pink textured cardstock for the second layer.  On the third layer which is whisper white I have stamped enfrancais background stamp in  pink pirouette (stamped off onto paper once first to make it a little lighter).  I have then stamped the floral image from elements of style over the top using my markers in colours certainly celery and pretty in pink.  Then have sponged around the whole section with pretty in pink ink.

Next I have stamped twice the flower from happiness shared in white kraft ink onto vellum.  I have then embossed the flowers in white embossing powder.  Heat set with gun, then have used markers certainly celery and pretty in pink to colour in the flower, then dabbed with a tissue once coloured. Scallop trimmed the bottom of the vellum then attached to another layer of pretty in pink.

The ribbon is pretty in pink satin ribbon (delicious) and retired white organza ribbon intertwined then tied into a bow.  I have then (are you sitting down lol) sewed, yes sewed the button onto the ribbon with real cotton and a needle (gasp lol).  Attached my fancy shape at the top of the main image, added some pearls and its done.
